WEEKEND OF DANCE 2008

12TH - 14TH September

 

The planning for the weekend is progressing well and we will be writing out to all the teams shortly giving them the details and location maps. The following teams confirmed their attendance.
The accommodation this year will be at Appletree Gardens School, Monkseaton,
(post code for your Sat. Navs. NE25 8XS) which is a very short walk form the dance spots on Saturday and Sunday and of course to two excellent local pubs the Ship Inn and the Black Horse.
The school will be open from 17:00 on the Friday night with supper of Pie and Peas served from 20:00 to 21:00.

The numbers of teams and participants means that we will be able to run two dancing tours.

We also be performing massed shows outside the Ship Inn and Black Horse, Front Street, Monkseaton at 6:30pm on Saturday 13th September and  at 11:30am on the Sunday 14th. September

For both shows in Monkseaton the public address system was provided as usual by Steve Graham from ESR (Electronic Components, Station Road, Cullercoats
