Look out for their red socks! you can’t miss them! Barnsley Longsword are a long established team who will be performing their dances for Yorkshire.
The Westminster Morris Men perform dances from the Cotswold area of England (Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and environs).
Our Dutch friends perform English Morris dances throughout the Netherlands and often visit the UK. Their last visit to Tyneside was 5 years ago and we look forward to welcoming them back.
Teams will be joining up on the Friday night at the Left Luggage Room (Monkseaton Metro Station) for drinks and some casual dancing.
